OUR WARRANTY
Cultivated Canines fully warranties all of our gear against defects in material and manufacture and premature wear for 5 years from the date of purchase. If you encounter a defective product, please jump to our Return Form so we can get you and your canine back in action!
Cultivated Canines reserves the right to replace or refund damaged products at our discretion. We will not cover normal wear and tear (damage that naturally and inevitably occurs during the course of typical use), unintended damage such as chewing, tearing, or wear incurred from improper or negligent use. Modifications, alterations, or use for a purpose other than for which it was designed is similarly not covered.
We know dogs work and play hard! If your gear is damaged as the result of normal wear and tear, chewed, cut, frayed, discolored, or other mishap, please check out the Trade-In section below. We'll find a solution that works for you!
REPAIR SERVICE
We believe a good piece of equipment is one that offers years of durable service for dog and owner, and Cultivated Canines offers repair services on all our manufactured products. If your gear becomes damaged, please use the Repair Form to arrange a repair shipment order. Please have your Order Number and brief description of the damaged item handy.
TRADE-IN
While repairing is nearly always better for our environment and our communities, we know that all gear eventually wears down. Upon receipt and inspection, if we determine that we are unable to satisfactorily repair your item(s), we can provide a Trade-In coupon code for use toward the purchase of replacement gear.

Program Requirements: Trade-in product(s) must be returned to Cultivated Canines in identifiable and sanitary condition, with accompanying valid order number and product serial(s)
RETURNS
Obviously we want you completely thrilled with your Cultivated Canines gear! If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or credit within 30 days of the original purchase date.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY: Items must not be visibly used, altered, or damaged, must be free of dog hair and debris, stains, soiling, discoloration and/or odors, and must include original packaging. If the product has been used and retains hair, dirt, etc, all foreign matter must be removed from the product to avoid a 15% restocking fee.
Note: Returned items that do not meet the above requirements may not be issued a refund.

HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING?
Complete the Return Form located below. Once your request is processed, you will receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) via email. Please include a copy of your RMA Form in your return shipment, along with the item(s) being returned.
We politely recommend a trackable shipping method and insuring your package. Cultivated Canines cannot be held liable for mislabeled or items damaged in transit. Unless otherwise noted, return shipping costs to our facility are the responsibility of the customer.
Unfortunately, merchandise ineligible for refund, repair or trade-in by Cultivated Canines cannot be returned to the customer.
WHAT ABOUT REFUNDS?
Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect your item(s). Our goal is to process your return within 4 business days of receipt, and you will be notified via email when your return is being processed. Please note: given that shipping and processing times can vary, the return process can take up to two weeks.
Final refund or credit to your account depends on the individual policies of your bank or financial institution.
